Rehabilitation is a huge part of your recovery process. You will have programmes tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals – be it to walk your dog again, pick up your kids, climb mount everest, or run a marathon.
Specific exercises forming rehabilitation programmes are designed to reduce the likelihood of (re-)injury and to complement the treatment you receive in your follow-up sessions. Rehabilitation varies from patient to patient and includes anything from strengthening and stretching, to mobility, postural correction and working on goal specific requirements.
You will be coached through your rehabilitation exercises and they will be tailored to what you have access to at home or through your gym.
